Returns & Replacements

Return policy:  If a product is defective or not as advertised, and you wish to return the product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to set up refund or return arrangements. All returned products must be in the same condition they were received in, and must be in their original packaging. We will issue a full refund, minus any shipping/handling or customs duties. There are no restocking fees on returns of defective merchandise.
 
Buyers Remorse: In order to ensure that our customers always receive low prices and prompt service, we do not exchange or refund orders because of Buyers Remorse. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the customer has an unrealistic expectation of the product, receives a dull product, receives a dangerously sharp product, changes their mind after receiving the product, or just does not like the product.
